This is an excellent product and I got it from Best Buy not directly from DJI, because from Best Buy I get all support I want, the instructions in the box are just a brief description of what you get, but no all information about how to fly it, and remember to use the high as your advantage to avoid trees and building, follow the rules and you will have less accidents
