Pro 4+ package was defective.
I bought this bundle after very extensive research, came very well packaged, everything was in box , everything worked, top of the line drone, some quick advice, read the manuals entirely, use a good tablet, download the latest app
This is a fantastic drone, and a great package of those extras that are truly useful (like true P4P batteries)
The packaging was excellent, the carrying case that came with it is sturdy and aesthetically pleasing, all the accessories that came with it were as stated and overall I'm extremely pleased with what we received

Overall - I recommend this drone to someone who wants great photographs/videos from their drone
This set also includes everything I need to go for hours and record great 4k video.
The features on it make it incredibly easy to fly and the camera takes great pictures and videos
A little time watching YouTube videos explaining how to perform firmware upgrades, IMU, compass and gimbal calibrations, and other tutorials is all it takes to get this thing in the air with the perfect camera settings to produce stunning photos and videos

Have a look at comments on threads related to issues with this drone before you purchase; everyone has the same complaints and is trying to figure out how to get their Phantom 4 to work again after some glitch or "required" firmware update.
