Disappointed, my brand new inspire 1 came with a defective battery

This did come with a dead battery that wouldn't take a charge but Amazon replaced at no charge.

Amazon was quick as usual, but just as KidsCritCareDoc, I received my backup Inspire 1 dual controller (shipped/sold by Amazon) yesterday with a completely DEAD battery.

Most recently they slowed motor performance claiming cold battery issues

The unit I received was an older "B" model, not the most current "D" model, and came with a completely dead battery

I really enjoy the Inspire 1 but get as many batteries as you can afford.
