DJI has the WORST service in the entire world

So when I heard that this company was hard to get a hold of, I still went blindly into the abyss with no real concept of how bad customer service could actually BE

They have absolutely the WORST customer service I've ever experienced.

Might want to look at other units that have better costumer service, not hard to find.
