The ear muffs are uncomfortable and crooked, the connector piece broke after around an hour of use, and it just feels like a cheap headset on your head

tried using this for xbox one with eh 3.5 mm adapter and the headset was cutting out the first day, tried unplugged and plugging back in, but only got worse, headset is worthless if you can't hear or talk into it reliably.
