This headset works amazingly but there is a little slight static when you rotate the 3.5mm jack sometimes but its not a problem

The only problem I've experienced is that the off on switch in the middle of the cable doesn't work and it sometimes (rarely) cuts out some of the audio.

Only problem is that the mute does not work

I want you to send me another because the one that send me don't work properly , the mic give problems and it's no a configuration mistake

But my only problem with it is that the mic does not work for Desktop PCs

Very good, only problem is that people that are not with the speakers on can hear it

I put my headset in a case after each use and l keep it well maintained yes the failure occurred regardless
