The speed can not be adjusted very well... it is too fast .. it seems that there are only two levels of speed

Slow speed really is slow, which is how it should be

It mixes... does the regular whipped potatoes, frosting etc.... but its slowest speed is still too high to not sling stuff out of the bowl.
