Received a defective charging station

I happen to have a 6 port 50watt usb charging brick that works great, this is plugged into 1 and 5 other ports to still charge whatever else.

Doesn't seem to hold a charge nearly as well as just charging the controllers on the actual PS4.

I have to push the controller in hard for it to charge and the tiniest vibration stops the charge
