I appreciate the customer service, but the product is made cheaply and doesn’t work 💁🏽‍♀️.

I went to petco and petsmart the prices were crazy for their collars

So we need to fine tune the collar and get it closer to him since he has a lot of fur, but it seems to do what it is supposed to do and is very reasonable price wise.

Unsure what the RED light indicates when collar is first turned on--would like clear instructions.

The instructions are very difficult to understand as they are written poorly so I had to do my own research (youtube) to figure out the different modes and how to test the collar properly.

This is the only bark collar that has worked for my barking dog, when we first put it on him the vibration worked great to deter him

first I tried it on vibration mode which didn't work for my dog

I YOUTUBE’d the video to help figure out the different vibration/shock levels

Good concept but every time my dog shakes himself, the collar beeps at him

I put it on the learning mode where it goes off 7 times and each time the vibration is a little stronger.

and then other times it would shock my dog when she would just lay down or shake

Next time I will be more proactive in keeping it safer when he wears it.

The levels increase in terms of intensity in noise, vibration, and static shock

My lab responds really well to shock and vibration collars (vibration setting is normally enough)

It seems like on a low setting it vibrates (so no shocking) however on a higher setting it does shock

I wanted a collar that had the vibrate setting as well as the shock setting but so far he hasn't been shocked with it when he barks because he figured out that when it vibrates he needs to be quite

I like the vibration and loud noise that causes the dog to stop barking.

My one criticism is that it does pick up barking from other nearby dogs, or other loud noises, and will begin correcting even though your dog is not the one making noise

My dog needed ONE “static” correction and then we were able to switch it easily to vibration correction - will positive results

After trying the product out for about 5 days now, we would notice that whenever our dog (a bernedoodle) would run or would shake his head or scratch his neck the collar with go off on him

Turns out this shock collar has been burning her neck & left an open/raw sore

These will beep if they just shake or start scratching their neck, but it’s nowhere to be heard or felt when they’re barking

With my dog wearing it for only 5 hours, he has a burn from the collarbone his neck

The third day, we were in the kitchen, he laid down while I was reading the directions for dinner (I was reading, he was sleeping, so it was quite), all of the sudden it started beeping like crazy

WHAT HAPPENED - all of a sudden my dog was SQUELCHING like a pig for 20-30 seconds running around like crazy, trying to get the collar

Irony: Milton barking like crazy as Amazon driver delivered this bark collar!

Because of his breed when the horses are running he barks like crazy not any more

It works very well, not perfect, but I believe it’s because she’s stubborn like crazy
