the boss battles are just so different each time would also recommend funky kong mode if you want it

There are too many little nagging issues that I find annoying, such as needing to press a button to grab onto a vine (I can't just hold the button down, I have to release it and then press and hold it to grab the vine) or continuously press the button again to re-activate Cranky Kong's pogo after hitting the ground once (come on, Duck Tales got this right in 1989 and Shovel Knight again 4 years ago)

I love donkey kong since i was a kid, and when i found out that they had it tbe ninendo switch i.had to get it

While I enjoy all the Kong buddies, I had the most fun playing with Dixie Kong and Cranky Kong.

They did add new balloon types and such to help out as well as the addition of funky kong who can float in the air longer.

Even if you find it just a little too challenging, however, you can play the new Funky Mode which allows you to play Funky Kong who can sustain more hits before he perishes and can go on some of the more harsh terrain (such as spikes) that the other kongs can't
