( I have other Bluetooth speakers that have a battery saver function but the speaker does disconnect from the Dot when the speaker is not in use.)

I was surprised by how solid the bass is in this little speaker, most speakers aren’t built well enough to handle the size of the sub that manufacturers put in them which causes unwanted vibrations that shorten the life of the speaker, but this seems like a quality build with excellent clarity and great battery life
