I love the picture and sound quality,but they need to change the description it is only 10" not 12.5", and only has a 10" screen not 10.5 " as the description says other than that so far a good product, I have the 14" as well also good picture and sound quality but the screen got stress fractures on it about a week after the 30day warranty expired which is why I had to get a new one,I will add my kids still use the 14" one because the stress fractures are only noticeable in darker movies so there cartoon movies play fine

Terrible picture, the above photo is with the brightness adjusted as high as possible, contrast low.

The intro screenshot is centered and clear as a bell, but once the movie starts, the picture is grainy and not centered on the screen.
