This kneeling chair has THE best padding of any other kneeling chair, and its ability to have differing heights has allowed me to comfortably continuing working at my job as an IT director and technology worker.

It keeps the back straight and the padding is comfortable on the knees.

After sitting in it the padding is nice but not worth the extra cost.
