I record vocal tracks in my home studio, and according to my sound engineer, it definitely improved the quality of sound.

Just getting it along with my blue yeti pro, it seemed a little difficult for me to place it at first, but it didn't last long before i found an angle that works, Im very satisfied at this point, but maybe i'll change to a BLUE filter for better quality after few months.

That being said the improved sound quality offered by the pop filter was usually worth it.

I feel like rather than improve mic quality instead it just completely masked all detection of my voice being audible n the slightest.
