The hard plastic case broke within a week of my return period closing

I am not sure how long it will actually last, this could be easily fixed with a rubberized outer ring instead of hardened plastic

It’s made from cheap plastic

I dropped the inside of the first one and cracked the hard plastic of the inner case

This is a beautiful case, but sadly the plastic on the phone part of the case started to crack before having it even a month

The black plastic around the slim case has hairline cracks - it’s never been dropped

Made of weak plastic.

The reason for the 2 stars is that the phone holder is made of cheap plastic material

The phone sits in a slim hard plastic case that is magnetic and adheres to the wallet part

The plastic on the corners of the actual case crack and break easily and the stitching on the leather came out within a fortnight

It does not look like the picture and it does not come with the black case with the logo but a cheap flimsy plastic case

Additionally the case that holds the phone is a rigid plastic and leaves the entire bottom of the phone exposed

I have had to buy this twice because after about a year the rigid plastic starts to chip and break off at the corners

The plastic on the case feels a bit weak or flimsy.

The plastic that is used to the case is crap

Now,in Mid May, not only is outer case showing excessive wear, but removable hard plastic case is cracking around edges.

The only thing I would ever change is the top card slot could have that smooth plastic so you could see an ID through it with a little opening to push the ID out.

The outside leather case stays perfect but the plastic that holds the phone breaks off quickly

I really liked the case but after the first week it started to fall apart and now I had to replace it because one of the hard plastic corners broke off completely.

Sadly though, I took my phone out of my purse yesterday and notice the plastic around the bottom left corner had broke and right bottom side is cracking

The corners separate and any small impact will crack the plastic

The case inside the wallet is cheap plastic

Plastic is brittle and if you drop in 12 inches above your desk it will chip, therefore leaving the corner unprotected

The trouble with this case is the plastic around the phone case itself: It offers no protection from falls and tends to shatter when dropped

However the plastic on the side of the iPhone cover has cracked on both sides.

Hope the plastic was more durable.

The plastic that holds the phone is pretty flimsy

The plastic is extremely weak

Only problem was that the plastic around the edges broke after just a month

Plastic on the interior part of case has broken in all four corners and the thread of the exterior part of the case is coming loose at two locations

The plastic just started crumbling and pieces started falling off of it.

I wanted to give it 5-stars, but the plastic just makes me a touch uneasy.

But the company needs to change the brittle plastic material it uses in the corners of the phone case.

While it’s a nice case, the plastic that holds the phone itself is EXTREMELY brittle

I replaced this one after I dropped my phone on hardwood and cracked the plastic and broke my glass screen protector.

Seems like the plastic around the camera opening is a definite weak point

This product would for sure be a five star if the plastic around the edges and corners was a little bit sturdier.

The new wallet stretched out a little after a few weeks, but that was fine l because now it fits all my items just fine and still closes

It did not hold up in the long run as well as it could have, but for the average phone user perhaps it would perform better and last longer.

Love the versatility of this case, as well as that is is fairly minimal.

It cracks, it doesn't have a clear "ID Window", and is already thicker than several other brands without any cards added into the slots
