This antenna does in fact bring in like 75 channels...and it gets a near perfect signal so the picture doesn't flicker

It does not work.

This simply does not work at all, tried every combination possible and walked with aerial even outside, completely impractical, and does not work!!

It pulls in the same channels my much more expensive antennae does, so I picked this one for my dad's assisted living apartment, too, since it's such an easy install and a great deal.
