When I look to see the problem, I found the whole base of the chair to be severly cracked and the one wheel under the big crack was very unstable.

early on.9/5/2018 Update….I replaced the roller blade wheel casters with dual wheel casters and the main issue with the chair has been solved.

love the fact that they include the really cool rollerblade wheels these are the best wheels you can have on a chair

The wheels are very quiet and almost frictionless, which is the only thing I've had to adjust to because it will roll away from your desk faster than you might expect.

It is lighter, it breathes better, supports me better, especially when I lean back and its wheels are like razor

Overall very comfortable chair with nice wheels and adjustable enough to accomodate a 6' person but the installation instructions and/or provided parts need to be revised.
