The unit is easy to load with its compatible print tape packs, and the print comes out beautifully sharp

If I insert a 1” cartridge, it does identify it correctly, but put the 3/8” back in and it thinks it’s 1/2”.The problem this causes is that labels are printed off-center (since the printer thinks a larger tape is installed).
