I am not happy with the quality of these earbuds but I have raised my review from 2 to 3 stars for outstanding customer service

Unfortunately, I wasn't crazy about them, but kudos the seller for excellent customer service.

This is an update to my previous review in which I gave the product 1 start, but now I'm given them a five star for excellent customer service.

I was asked to remove the review because they have confidence they'll be able to fix the issue with how the headphones are made, and I wish the company no ill will at all, but unless the problem is actually fixed I feel that potential customers should know that these headphones may not work as soon as you use them

The right stopped working on the original pair, but GGMM has excellent customer service
