The company had great customer service and fixed the issues I was having

What better is great customer service!

I'm very satisfied with the product, and especially with the excellent customer service that I received from the company.

Unfortunately, I wasn't crazy about those (sound was worse, worse fit), but kudos the seller for excellent customer service.

This is an update to my previous review in which I gave the product 1 start, but now I'm given them a five star for excellent customer service.

The right stopped working on the original pair, but GGMM has excellent customer service

I was asked to remove the review because they have confidence they'll be able to fix the issue with how the headphones are made, and I wish the company no ill will at all, but unless the problem is actually fixed I feel that potential customers should know that these headphones may not work as soon as you use them

Amazing customer service if there happens to be an issue.

And 2 for their amazing customer service as I haven't had this good of service on Amazon in a very long time.

I am not happy with the quality of these earbuds but I have raised my review from 2 to 3 stars for outstanding customer service
