After 50 years of stove top baking, from cast iron to enamel to non-stick this is the best

I have used it twice and they come out evenly brown and perfect every time - much more consistent than the stove top cast iron one we own

a cast iron stove top model would be better

I got this (vs. a pan) because we only have a wimpy electric cooktop stove, and thought this might provide more reliable temp control
