EBL Rechargeable AAA Batteries (16-Counts) High Capacity 1100mAh Ni-MH - UL Certified

    • I like the charger better than my name brand charger.
    • I like the charger better than my name brand charger.
    • These batteries are the best, as well as the charger
    • Good, ligitimate as advertised mah batteries, and good ebl charger
    • The EBL charger does a good job of jump starting them, but I don't like to charge my batteries on a rapid charger.
    • So the review remains 1 star, because my time was worth more than the cost of both sets of batteries as well as the charger, and because they still don't work.
    • The cheap chargers you see everywhere tend to shorten the life of your batteries and cannot bring dead ones back to life.
    • Am using the EBL LED 12 battery charger, which seems to be working fine.
    • and I charge mine in a smart charger which can test for storage capability and shows these to be close to the stated 1100 mAh rating.
    • I purchased these EBL rechargeable batteries in both the AA and the AAA sizes, along with the EBL Advanced Individual Battery Charger
    • If you ask me, the "smart" chargers should do this little trick themselves!
    • Like other reviewers, I had ones that perform quite well and an intelligent charger said that they charged up quite right around their advertised capacity
    • On the La Crosse smart chargers, the bad batteries don't even appear - displaying NULL when plugged in
    • Otherwise you might have to throw them on a "dumb" charger that blindly throws current at any inserted battery to "wake them up again
    • I mention this because I used them and cycled them 6 times before they reached optimum performance using the recommended EBL smart charger.
    • Then, the charger will will welcome the "dead" battery and charge it normally.
    • I have an old "dumb charger" for AA batteries (and these were AAA batteries from EBL
    • Exactly what I needed as I have a set of Powerex AA rechargeable batteries and a great Powerex charger
    • I don't know if my AAA batteries are duds or if my charger is a dud
    • As far as the first set it looks like it was my charger
    • The charger rejected them.
    • The charger works for both AA and AAA batteries and in my opinion, this is a must-have item to go with any battery operated Christmas toys!
    • Now, for continuing maintenance, I'll have the smart charger Discharge and then Charge used batteries
    • Out of the box I put them on my smart charger's Refresh cycle to "condition" them
    • Until I purchased a smart charger which worked like a champ to charge the batteries to full
    • If you ask me, the "smart" chargers should do this little trick themselves!
    • This is a smart charger.
    • I lost both my chargers and a bunch of batteries this past summer, likely to theft
    • I mention this because the cheap cheap charger they send you for $10 or "free" if you write some kind words about their product will have to go back to EBL for their 908 charger which was sold to me as the improved version of the problematic all in one Ol' Sparky
    • I do not know what the cutoff point is for my charger calling a battery "bad" as it was, but I am using these batteries for my 6 year olds LED lamp that we use for a night light.
    • The EBL charger does a good job of jump starting them, but I don't like to charge my batteries on a rapid charger.
    • Recommend the EBL charger for relaible performance.
    • Thank you Tina with EBL customer support for reaching out to me and giving me some help!My Issue (mine, not the batteries):I'd bought 16 of these batteries originally back around January, 2016, and according to my STUPID "smart charger", after a few charge cycles usually 1 battery would read as faulty and just would not accept a charge.
    • Shows zero voltage and "null" in my smart charger.
    • if the voltage on the battery is too low, a smart charger may not even start charging the overly depleted battery, so I applied this knowledge here.
    • I use an Opus BT-C3100 charger- a very good charger to be sure
    • , so I rigged a couple of rubber bands around the AA charger and took the battery that was reading low (and another since you need (2) batteries to charge) and charged them for 30-45 seconds in the AA charger to give them a little initial boost, then put the AAA batteries back into the AAA battery "smart charger" that I've been using and it was enough to make the charger accept the battery as valid and recharged it fully.

    • I recommend you spend a little more money and get a "smart charger" no matter what batteries you buy
    • I immediately started charging them on my Nitecore smart charger
    • It seems that if a rechargeable battery is completely drained (or nearly so), then the "smart chargers" won't deliver current to it...a safety feature that prevents current from flowing unless it's a battery between the contacts.
    • My Smart charger shows them as bad and will not charge them
    • so far, they work as described, especially when fully recharged on a good charger
    • Buy Duracells, or if you want to spend a couple of hours, there are some very good chargers and batteries on Amazon
    • Both times fully half of the batteries I received would die and not even register anymore in my smart charger after a single use
    • I almost regret buying two chargers since they aren't getting use :p
    • I also bought a smart charger that can do testing cycles on the batteries.

    • My first experience with EBL batteries was when I ordered an EBL Smart Charger which came with some AAs and AAAs.
    • Since buying these, I have had many of them fail to hold a charger or fail early.
    • Sure enough they recharged and their charger was less expensive than either of mine.
    • In the past I have had some experiences where when a rechargable battery fully discharged, putting it in a "dumb" charger for a little while would resurrect it to the point where the Maha would recognize and charge it
    • After 5 discharge/charge cycles on intelligent battery charger, not a single battery of 16 demonstrated a 1,100mah storage capacity - none of the batteries was >1,015mah and most were in the low 900mah ratings.
    • There are some good videos about smart chargers on Youtube which is where I learned about them
    • My Smart charger shows them as bad and will not charge them
    • They are very even when I charge them, I use a smart charger that tells me how much juice they top out with
    • We really like to use batteries will be ordering more some Double A's and Triple A's some C size batteries I'd like to know if you carry any watch type batteries or bathroom scale batteries are the round white ones thanks
    • Work as well as
    • Decoration Beads’ present inside the packet, but it was mentioned in the instruction book as well as in your website.6
    • 14g for these AAAs is really good
