    • The only way to have the TV hang at the exact spot you want it is to position the wall mount into the studs or bricks (as was my case) at exactly the right spot -- this is easier said than done and if you ever change the TV and the new TV doesn't have the screw slots at the same locations then you would have to remount the whole bracket -- I feel that this is more than a shortcoming, it's a design flaw.

    • I still can't figure out if it was an error on our part in putting it together, but it seems to be a design flaw.
    • I think it's a design flaw because the lever used to adjust the tilt is too close to the top horizontal bar and one cannot rotate the lever 360 degrees to loosen or tighten the tilt because it hits the bar
