First off, it dominates your entire two plug outlet, so you're not gaining four plugs (well, three), you're losing two plugs to gain four so really a net of two plugs

The adaptor is really loose when plug into the wall outlet and If I have more than 3 plugs on at the same time it will fall off

Love the fact that I can plug in multiple things and not have the bulky normal power strip and that I can swivel the plugs.
Finally found the perfect power strip
This is a great outlet they are hard to find, with the plugs that rotate outward you can make use out of each plug with room to spare, glad o found them
I've got two MacBook Pro's with those funky power adapters to plug in
