I can get more or less the same results by adding a couple of spoonful of water to a small frying pan and covering it for a couple of min.

Easier if you use a fry pan with lid

It would a few times to get it right, I did not have a frying pan with a lid, so I used a saucepan, that really didn't work that well for me,

Just squirt a spray of oil in cup, crack egg into it and place in a fry pan of simmering water

It's so easy to add an egg to breakfast, lunch or dinner easy to clean and you don't have to get out a big frying pan

It's hit or miss as to how much time to run the microwave.

I tried simmering water in a pan, swirling the water, turning off the heat and covering the pan, and a different two-egg microwave container but the eggs exploded as they were cooking
