Last year I upgraded the Home Connect device (with no external antenna with it) and it seemed to have connectivity problems at times and lose signals

Once mounted the antennas onto the metal plate using the above mentioned adapter cable, I found that I received the best signal by adjusting the antennas at 45 degree angles away from each other to resemble an old pair of rabbit ear antennas.
