Looks good, heats quickly but the outside really does stay cool and that makes it safe and easy to pour

This item was shipped quickly and the couple liner hold the heat much better than the previous teapot we had it also looks good and heats quickly

I had a fair amount of water in my counter from the water boiling out of the spout while the lid was closed, again this was from the max fill line, I don't have this problem when I'm heating less water.

The inside stainless steel container is easy to clean as it is a cylinder and not cone shaped, On top of that it has a nice clean look (bough the white one)
