I worry a bit about the life expectancy of the slow retract mechanism, given frequent use, but so far, no problems.

Just a bit odd to be hanging a huge very heavy screen only by 2 bolts, one on each end, inserted into relatively thin plastic

The box could be designed a bit stronger in order to better protect the screen surring shipping.

The first 2 were DaLite models and this Elite Screen seems to be every bit as good from a quality standpoint

The screen is not tab tensioned or anything fancy, so the edges of the screen curl a little bit -- really not a big deal at all and not worth spending 5x more for!

Also, the metal flared out a bit around the opening

it curls a little bit on the edges, but nothing to get all worried about... its worked out great for me and my family... i highly recommend...

But as you can see from the picture I took, the screen is with some wrinkles close to the bottom bar, and the box on the top is twisted, the left end is leaning backward but the right end is leaning forward a little bit

Smells a bit funny at first, but over all produces a great image

the following readjust the projector, pull it down several times hoping it retracts the perfect amount to line up with where you adjusted the projector last time or more likely, a bit of both

I think it is a bit more neutral in color balance as well

This all basically only made for a bit more tedious installation however, because one everything was worked around and the whole unit was rigged into place, the screen has worked like a charm

It pulls down a bit hard, not that bad though

Screen seems good for the price, was a bit troublesome to get retracted initially and seems to go up slow as if it's tired already

I wish it hung a bit straighter, but maybe the slight waviness is somewhat normal

I can say that this screen without a doubt is more than worth the money!for anyone who might worry about quality or be a bit more picky than myself (Who is upgrading from using two shower curtains as a screen)I was expecting some sort of bits and pieces to hang the screen, but you will not receive any such items, so keep that in mind

As long as you do not mind possibly having a bit more tedious installation experience, stop hesitating and pick up this ridiculously low priced screen!

I was a bit hesitant to order this screen but given Amazon liberal return policy I decided to go for it.

After a few days of ventilation the smell dissipates a bit

The screen isn't totally flat at the sides and one part of the bottom where it's attached, so you see a bit of waviness when the picture pans

It's a bit thinner and less stiff, I think.

It DOES seem a bit fragile, so I'd say to be careful if using it hard.

my only gripe is its hard to pull down to the same spot every time actually almost impossible and if you pull down just a little to far you start to hear a ripping type of sound that made me think its easy to break as I pulled very gently but overal it's good as long as you leave it down most of the time of can make your projector image move up or down slightly with ease
