We bought and installed 10 of these and 2 of them have had the slow retract mechanism break, which causes the screen to quickly retract and fall off the wall

I worry a bit about the life expectancy of the slow retract mechanism, given frequent use, but so far, no problems.

This screen is not only impressive in size but also in quality, the soft retract mechanism is really a nice touch.

Has the typical "window blind" mechanism to lock it into any position.

It only rolls up half way, and I have to hold the screen up over my head because the mechanism isn't strong enough to pull up the weight of the screen

I don't think I'd want to get the one without the slow retract mechanism

Also, the pulldown mechanism is VERY LOUD and rattly.

The screen pulls down with about 4lb. of force, and has a slow auto-retract mechanism which works fine

I am tempted to pull off the end caps and see if there is an adjustment -- but I'm a little worried that what ever clockwork is in there will spring out and completely break the mechanism.

The slow mechanism is a good feature to have so it just doesnt fly back up when you roll it back

I wouldn't suggest this if you're planning on retracting the screen too often though, as the mechanism seems a bit flimsy

It offers a massive 120" diagonal screen, and an easy rolling mechanism to make watching movies a breeze

I sure hope it lasts a few years before the mechanism has issues

Those couple inches extra on the model C might not seem like a lot on paper, but are visually a VERY large difference.

The picture on it looks crystal clear, in fact as good as my 1080p "55 in.

Other than being an absolute challenge to hang as it is very long and require heavy duty mounting supplies, it works awesome

I have no idea how well the screen works as it was delivered damaged.

my only gripe is its hard to pull down to the same spot every time actually almost impossible and if you pull down just a little to far you start to hear a ripping type of sound that made me think its easy to break as I pulled very gently but overal it's good as long as you leave it down most of the time of can make your projector image move up or down slightly with ease
