I've contacted Elite Screens for tips, but this is pretty bad.

I wouldn't recommend Elite Screens

It consisted of a Screen Material Disclaimer sheet, which told me about "memory lines", a 'Universal Projector Mount' rebate form, an 'In-Wall Switch Rebate' form, an 'Elite Screens' brochure AND a single sheet about the 'On-Line User Guide or Download'.

Package came pretty beat up, I suppose that is the fault of the shipper not Elite Screens, though if it is going to get such rough treatment maybe better packaging might help

I'm also baffled by the fact that they are made of plastic, but I trust Elite Screens to know the security of their own design.

If, down the road, the large Elite Screens screen failed me, I'd consider how long it lasted, and assess if its life length was worth the subdued visual experience.3)

The Elite Screens casing is very similar in size to da-lite's model B.

Aside from Elite Screens allowing a poorly-designed part to continue in production, I'm ticked because the CS rep was not apologetic at all, He just assumed I'd be happy to fix it myself and that it was no big deal

The cheap people at Elite Screens don't supply the hooks

I had searched long and hard for a screen that would fit my specific location and no seller had more unique sizes then Elite Screens

Those couple inches extra on the model C might not seem like a lot on paper, but are visually a VERY large difference.
