The box could be designed a bit stronger in order to better protect the screen surring shipping.

The packaging came out good, no dents or nothing regarding the shipping, but after hanging this screen so it could vent the odor which for me is tolerable, I started inspecting the screen and found three things concerning me

Very excited with product works for what it's being used for, nothing negative to say and shipping was was good.

my only gripe is its hard to pull down to the same spot every time actually almost impossible and if you pull down just a little to far you start to hear a ripping type of sound that made me think its easy to break as I pulled very gently but overal it's good as long as you leave it down most of the time of can make your projector image move up or down slightly with ease
