    Elite Screens Manual SRM Series, 100-Inch 16:9, Slow Retract Pull Down Projection Projector Screen, Model: M100XWH2-SRM

    • My son has a kidney problem, I really worried the chemical smell to my family
    • After extending for the first time, there was a weird chemical smell
    • It did have a noticeable chemical smell for the first three days but nothing since.
    • What I didn't want is a toxic paint chemical smell that is coming from the screen
    • A second point is that the screen material has a strong chemical smell, which I hope will dissipate over time.
    • It does have the very strong "chemical" smell the first few days, but it has gone away
    • Like all others have said there is a noticeable chemical smell when you first take it out

    • my only gripe is its hard to pull down to the same spot every time actually almost impossible and if you pull down just a little to far you start to hear a ripping type of sound that made me think its easy to break as I pulled very gently but overal it's good as long as you leave it down most of the time of can make your projector image move up or down slightly with ease
