Elite Screens Manual SRM Series, 100-Inch 16:9, Slow Retract Pull Down Projection Projector Screen, Model: M100XWH2-SRM

    • Retract mechanism is fine, and seems to re-position quite well, I never have to adjust the projector.
    • Retract mechanism worked well.2
    • The mechanism is horrible.
    • The pull down and auto retract mechanism is smooth
    • The pull & retract mechanism works very well
    • It's pretty hard to pull down because it's so big but the retract mechanism is very nice, quiet and slow.
    • I worry a bit about the life expectancy of the slow retract mechanism, given frequent use, but so far, no problems.
    • I am tempted to pull off the end caps and see if there is an adjustment -- but I'm a little worried that what ever clockwork is in there will spring out and completely break the mechanism.
    • On the plus side, the retracting mechanism seems really solid, so I do feel it will last a while, and the brightness of the white is impressive
    • I don't think I'd want to get the one without the slow retract mechanism
    • The retract mechanism is working fine as well.
    • This screen is not only impressive in size but also in quality, the soft retract mechanism is really a nice touch.
    • Has the typical "window blind" mechanism to lock it into any position.
    • I wouldn't suggest this if you're planning on retracting the screen too often though, as the mechanism seems a bit flimsy
    • Also, the pulldown mechanism is VERY LOUD and rattly.
    • This screen is not only impressive in size but also in quality, the soft retract mechanism is really a nice touch.
    • The retract mechanism is working fine as well.
    • On the plus side, the retracting mechanism seems really solid, so I do feel it will last a while, and the brightness of the white is impressive
    • Also, I seem to have issues getting the retracting mechanism to stop in the same location every time.
    • It only rolls up half way, and I have to hold the screen up over my head because the mechanism isn't strong enough to pull up the weight of the screen
    • The pull & retract mechanism works very well
    • It's pretty hard to pull down because it's so big but the retract mechanism is very nice, quiet and slow.
    • We bought and installed 10 of these and 2 of them have had the slow retract mechanism break, which causes the screen to quickly retract and fall off the wall
    • So far the mechanism seems pretty solid.
    • Retract mechanism is fine, and seems to re-position quite well, I never have to adjust the projector.
    • Retract mechanism worked well.2
    • The pull down mechanism works well for me
    • It offers a massive 120" diagonal screen, and an easy rolling mechanism to make watching movies a breeze
    • mechanism was a little awkward yo work at first, but loosened up and now it perfect.
    • The pulling and locking mechanism is solid.
    • Really good build quality and superb slow retracting mechanism.
    • The mechanism works and
    • It ensures there's no snap back to damage the mechanism, no loud bang, and no slam to knock it loose or against the wall
    • The retracting mechanism works very well and feels solid.
    • Went with 4 stars because the retracting mechanism can be touchy if you miss the setting you want the screen at
    • The slow mechanism is a good feature to have so it just doesnt fly back up when you roll it back
    • The retracting mechanism is weak
    • I sure hope it lasts a few years before the mechanism has issues
    • The retracting mechanism works very well and feels solid.
    • The screen pulls down with about 4lb. of force, and has a slow auto-retract mechanism which works fine
    • Really good build quality and superb slow retracting mechanism.
    • Those couple inches extra on the model C might not seem like a lot on paper, but are visually a VERY large difference.
    • The screen does show some horizontal lines when very bright scenes are shown but that can be easily toned out if that stuff doesn't bother you, bothers me a
    • I have no idea how well the screen works as it was delivered damaged.
    • Other than being an absolute challenge to hang as it is very long and require heavy duty mounting supplies, it works awesome
    • well so far, as well as being easy to pull down.
    • The picture on it looks crystal clear, in fact as good as my 1080p "55 in.
    • Lucky for me, screen had no issues and it works as it should.
    • my only gripe is its hard to pull down to the same spot every time actually almost impossible and if you pull down just a little to far you start to hear a ripping type of sound that made me think its easy to break as I pulled very gently but overal it's good as long as you leave it down most of the time of can make your projector image move up or down slightly with ease
