My version was missing two of the springs for holding the screen in place, and Elite Screens customer service provided them in a timely fashion with no problems.

Piss poor service Elite Screens!!!

Replaced our 106" electric/retractable Elite Screens with this wall mount screen.

Wasn't expecting such a blunder from Elite Screens/Amazon......
