As this is my first screen I do not have a direct comparison to others, but I could imagine that screens made out of non-sound transparent material might score a bit higher in that category, but again I am really happy with the picture quality as well

Another issue was that this material may be ambient light rejection but there is no "backing material" so after installing in front a of a window the picture would be washed out all day long until the sun dropped due to HEAVY rear light penetration.. again another fix I dealt with, purchased $80 worth of black vinyl to completely black out the back side.. unacceptable, should have been noted, maybe it was and I just didn't see it.. in any case I paid because I was excited about this screen getting completed

The main problem with this screen was the material.

Now assembled and installed with bonus bungie and black out material

The Elite material gives a good and bright image with my Epson 8100 projector.

Good quality materials, sturdy

note that other 5030UB buyers have the same issue with this acoustically transparent screen material

I took some time in researching different screen options and eventually decided on the ezFrame with the Sound Transparent AcousticPro screen material

There are countless 'tabs' that you will use to secure the screen material to the frame, some take some force to get in

UPDATED... the solution to fix the wrinkles was to install the middle support bar in the back, this stopped the middle from sagging and allowed the material to stretch out like it should completely

I then had to bring in more sheets when applying the screen material to the frame so the black frame powder did not ruin the screen material.

This screen is awesome, nice and sturdy and quality materials

Screen is great, but it was missing the tensioning rods that are necessary to secure the screen material into the frame

The material on the outside of the frame is very cheap

The grey material made the picture to dark for my liking.

Would have liked a bit better material on the screen frame and to not have it damaged right out of the box.

Amazon quick shipping and the screen came with excellent packaging material.

Assembling the frame isn't a problem,but fitting the screen with those Lilliputian clips is a real pain in the a**. Good luck with your thumbs

This screen performs as good as or better than all my neighbor's screens that cost 2x this one.

The screen hangs perfectly on the top two wall mounts, as long as you don't have little kids that can push the screen "up" and out of the mounts

The velvet edging was sprayed on to the aluminum frame, but it i well done, and doesn't come loose.
