The motor is slowly getting louder when raising the screen

The motor that drops and raises the screen is fast, it takes about 10-15 seconds for the screen to deploy or retract.

The electric motor is quiet and smooth and even though its a little slow it isn't a problem for me because by the time the projector warms up the screen is down and ready

how well the motor holds up, as I don't put it up and down that often

I am currently keeping it down full time, but in the future, the electric motor will be very useful

After reading the PDF, it would seem Elite does this to make sure you understand that over adjusting the drop (ie. letting the screen drop too far past its maximum drop) will damage the motor and void your warranty
