but just enough to hold some picks and a capo and a few strings over all nice case that will protect your les paul.

It has a good amount of padding, but if you need more than padding you should look for a hard case instead.

However, if you plan to travel with your guitar like some kind of bard from the days old or a modern rock star, perhaps you should consider a hard case.

For now it works but will most likely upgrade to a bigger bag or hard case.
