No comparison...the 3620 wins for better colors.

Prints are grainy and not colors are not vibrant

She is an artist and through her expensive laser printer was always too dark and "muddy" but she really likes the brighter, sharper colors of the ET-2650

The color print quality is very very low, resulting in grainy, dull color images

You either have to live with funky, wrong colors on printed docs for TWO years or 1,000 copies (as the advertising claims) or perhaps take the printer apart to clean out the well

It prints out great and the colors are really vivid and it scans great too

After cleaning the heads 20 times, color finally started printing, but now with lines through the entire image

Note - it doesn't print photos well (colors are not bright), but it is not a photo printer at first place.

Photos are disappointing; not sharp, and colors are not satisfying.

Definitely more economical than cartridges, even the single-color cartridges

The color is good enough for plain paper printing, but don't expect photo quality printing even with photo paper

The printer is fast and provides great color copies at lower prices

but no magenta to be found (both black and yellow appear broken, but magenta is gone).Checked the ink levels, and magenta (along with every other color) is near full (closer to the full mark than the half way mark), as well as every other color.

No one as yet has indicated if generic refill ink will work (which might be a solution to the poor color quality).

Basically, you pop the cover off the top of the ink tank, open the ink bottle, pour the second into the first, recap the tank, repeat for all the other colors (4 total).Make sure to pour the correct color into the (plainly marked) correct tank!

Solid color graphics are grainy, can see the white through it

I still use the 3620 when I want to print vivid colors and the 2650 for the rest.

Color is beautiful

and it was blurry, dark, colors were different from picture.

From the moment i received the printer, the color wasn't great.

To date i have printed 388 pages in color and have had to replace the ink tanks because the color stopped working.

This printer does excellent color prints even on plain letter paper, but once you print on glossy photo paper this printer really shines and can print with professional detail

Another problem is it's very easy to confuse colors of the inks--and if you put the wrong color in one of the wells, you are royally screwed

If you print high quality you will get a decent color print

This printer has very good color when copying also
