Tired of constantly replacing the ink cartridges and clearing paper jams.

Of course the main USP of this printer is the cheap ink mechanism - 4 separate bottles of ink instead of cartridges

Nice to have a printer that is affordable ink!

I love the inks and it isn’t drying out like others usually do when not used much

Most important the ink is cheap (off-brand) and easy to fill.

but there were still some spots in text it printed where you could see "missing" ink.

If you want to print photos, just don't bother.•The ink fumes off terribly if you print multiple pages at a time or anything bigger

This is my 2nd Epson and bought it for the eco friendly ink feature

Nothing works: not the ink cartridges, nearly impossible to change and running out almost immediately, not the scanner, which is as I write telling me that my computer is not connected even though it is, and even though I have replaced the connection and restarted each piece of equipment

Great printer; no more small, expensive ink cartridges to deal with.

The 2650 ink is MUCH more dull and muted for some reason

The ink in this printer was easy to set up.

Not only is the ink cheaper, but it lasts so much longer than cartridges

Great economy ink saving feature

My wife is a mad printer meaning she prints everything she bumps into...eating expensive inks and making me complain.

I was pleased with that printer except that it drank ink like a drunken sailor.

The prints were always awful no matter what I did, the expensive ink cartridges kept running out so quickly and I had to keep buying more, and it just stopped working after a couple of years

Simply much better than replacing those expensive ink cartridges.

I hate changing ink

This printer has saved us $1,000 of dollars on expensive ink cartridges that usually came dried up or half empty to begin with

I still gave it two stars though, as it does scan and print fine and the inks are so much cheaper

Ink is inexpensive.

Prints high quality in both full color and greyscale, and ink is so much cheaper that it's a no brainer

And in less than 6 months, the colors stopped working, even the ink been full.

The most significant improvement for me is the ink... with like $20-30 I am set for a year

The ink levels are still high and no additional ink was added, so this issue has not been the result of the wrong ink been poured into the ink tanks

Cheap to print, can add liquid ink to catridges.

While filling ink from the bottle to tank, if your hand slips, spillage could be hard to cleanup

But what you get is an expensive ink jet where you're paying for your ink up front

I have always resented the price gouging for ink that printer manufacturers are well known for, The ink for this printer is insanely cheap and it comes with a 2 year supply.

Not only does it print from all our devices, from any room in the house, it prints clearly, crisply, and beautifully using the most ingenious and economical ink supply of any printer we've owned in the past
