Epson Expression ET-3700 EcoTank Wireless Color All-in-One Supertank Printer with Scanner, Copier and Ethernet

    • printing is a breeze - the printer does it for you
    • Easy net printing
    • This prints really well
    • The prints are some of the best quality prints I've seen.
    • I had this printer for a few weeks and it has been a challenge to get any decent photo prints on anything except Premium Ultraglossy EPSON paper.
    • It never jams and prints acceptably well
    • On a positive note, the prints look pretty good - it is not a fast printer, and I don't have to worry about running out of ink in the middle of a job.
    • The intrusive banding around the page edges makes borderless printing a nightmare
    • Excellent printing quality
    • I used 4x6, 5x7 and letter size pro quality photo paper and the prints looked outstanding.
    • I'd say this machine easily keeps up with the level of quality as far as printing is concerned, in fact, I think this machine produces nicer, more crisp looking, results than
    • The wireless printing works great from our household computers and mobile phones
    • The wireless printing works great from our household computers and mobile phones
    • CompactThe Bad:- Has not always printed well over the network
    • After multiple attempts and still terrible print quality I subjected myself to customer service
    • Plus:1) prints pretty well
    • The printing is a bit slow at times, but I have other printers (Epson and HP) that are even slower, so speed is not that big an issue
    • I love Epson printers, as they are usually well built, print superbly and can be very economical to run
    • Crisp clear print but depth of color not as good as some5 stars for functionality: print, copy, fax, scan, remote and cloud printing, 2 sided prints.
    • this has all the normal Epson goodies - two-sided printing (which is not mentioned in the description), google cloud print, epson connect (scan-to-cloud and email-to-printer functionality), printing from smartphones, wired or wireless or usb connectivity
    • I will have to settle for a rating of 4 because of the print quality and the lack of manual feed.
    • Works great and high quality printing
    • As far as print quality, no complaints.
    • I did notice that midtones and shadows tended to become too dark when printed, and modifying the levels in photoshop after printing a proof resulted in better prints.
    • Overall the setup was easy, the prints look good for a home printer, the pictures look decent and I am hoping the ink last as long as they say it will.
    • Poor print quality
    • Black-and-white prints look sharp, color pages look vivid, and photos are both sharp and vivid on good paper
    • Good for saving money,HOWEVER,so many problems occur when printing
    • Easy install and the best print quality.
    • One of the best printers I have had... especially due to the "The Expression ET-3700 EcoTank wireless all-in-one offers revolutionary cartridge-free printing with easy-to-fill, supersized ink tanks
    • The problem is that inking these printers drives me to the poorhouse and I often stop printing for months at a time simply because I can't afford the ink or the photo paper
    • But, if you are printing from web pages or other sources such as PowerPoint, Excel, etc, which use "spot color" versus continuous tone (photos) this printer will give entirely satisfactory results, since you are printing solid monochromatic colors in documents/text with bar charts or in outline content with solid colors to differentiate subject matter in text
    • The amount of ink is what makes this a worthy purchase, and how little you use while printing makes it even better
    • Very easy to set-up and connect to, prints great.
    • The REP seemed to show little concern for that statement and maybe the key words of concern are (DEDICATED borderless printing?)
    • As has been our experience with most Epson printers, once everything is done, printing is generally pretty easy.
    • Fast and good quality printing
    • Good print quality, although, using plain/bright paper, color printing comes out a bit dark
    • SLOW printing!
    • The scanner works well as does double sided printing.
    • The prints are beautiful, with crisp clear and vibrant color.
    • After printing horizontal it will ask you on that small LCD which print came out the best in the first line (1-7), second line (1-7), third line (1-7) and so on (think there is like 7 lines, with)... really bad and time consuming, wish they came up with something better
    • If you don't need to print in color, my experience is that most people would be better off buying a less-expensive laser printer since toner cartridges last much longer than ink cartridges and are less-expensive over time with fewer problems, and is faster and has better print quality.
    • Quality printing, fast printing, and no more 6 yearly refills
    • It prints great, other than the limitations of not having a rear tray, its fast, nice quality, pretty quiet and does double side printing extremely well.
    • and I no longer worry when my kids print a full page color picture.
    • It scans well, prints docs quick and clearly.
    • prints great and everything works great.
    • prints- Considering that its an inkjet (where speed is inverse to quality) , the printer still prints at a good speed even at the 'Best' print quality
    • Bottom line is that this printer offers great printing for documents on standard paper, wonderful printing of photos on photo paper, duplex scanning and copying, and more
    • There is a lag when printing, even when printing a few words of text
    • So, you are getting top quality prints for what must be the lowest cost-per-page ratio in the industry
    • The low paper capacity and the modest print speed may be an issue for small business but this is an incredible value for the average homeowner/student/person on a budget.
    • I installed the Google cloud printing option and it works flawlessly.
    • Yes, if you can deal with the slower print speeds (although I'm used to laser printer print speeds now so this may not actually be that
    • it's seamless wireless printing!
    • Fast printing with high quality
    • Mainly with this one it's setup hassles and slow print speeds
    • Our second unit has terrible print quality.
    • With a hassle-free liquid ink system that promises 6,500 black and white prints and 5,200 photo prints, or the equivalent of a ton of cartridges worth of printing, it may just be the last printer you ever purchase
    • It's time consuming and prints terrible.
    • The print is very crisp and precise (indicating a high dpi) but the colors are not as saturated or rich as they were on our old Epson workforce, or a couple of Canon printers.
    • It works, prints, scans and copies very satisfactorily
    • But after installing a new router ....WOW.Very fast with good print results
    • The printing looks fine, like you'd expect from any inkjet printer
    • Easy setup and clear prints
    • Tried printing labels -- the whole label jammed into the interior.
    • Absolutely dreadful print quality
    • I previously owned an earlier version of this model that suffered from streaky printing I could not fix by cleaning the jets.
    • The first one was returned as it occasionally would smear the print.
    • Noisy printing
    • The sheets printed nicely, easy to read and with good colors
    • Printer is noisy when printing, Epson design could have worked more on that issue
    • If you're printing only a little color, you'll break even faster
    • Easy set up, good print quality, and it ships with a TON of ink
    • The printer has excellent print quality
    • Quick set up, fast printing and ink that lasts.
    • On the printer itself:* Print, scan and fax quality are decent at default settings (with greater speed), but you can opt for high quality print (or higher resolution scanning) for near-laser quality.
    • The ET-3750 and the ET-3700 are great all-in-one printers with excellent print quality
    • The low paper capacity and the modest print speed may be an issue for small business but this is an incredible value for the average homeowner/student/person on a budget.
    • Great printer so far, easy to set up, beautiful prints
    • The printing is crisp and clear, there are no streaks or, strange lines - just perfect copies.
    • Everything worked perfectly the first time!I can do most everything I need from the front control panel: print, scan, copy
    • Rather than relying on software or poor prints to alert you to low ink levels … you actually see the ink in the reservoirs and always know the ink level.
    • This one prints great
    • Based on overall good reviews, I still selected the ET-700 for these reasons:-by my cost analysis, it was $490, a 75% savings over the HP7520 and second only to the Canon Pixma G4200 (which was $360).-user reviews reported excellent copy quality and color prints, and times-the fact that it used a photo black lent itself to producing better color prints (based on both user reviews and my experience with the HP7520, which is also a 5-color
    • Compared with my Epson WorkForce 845 prints, these almost look like they were printed in bold fonts.
    • Great features, 2 side auto print, print to edge
    • Printed pictures have crisp color and prints relatively quickly
    • Good for saving money,HOWEVER,so many problems occur when printing
    • wow....amazing and very crisp print quality.
    • Subsequent prints on the right side turned out great.
    • good but not great print quality.
    • It is replacing an old HP and I can't believe how great pictures look when printed.
    • It’s quick to print and produces a crisp and clean print
    • Excessive borderless printing may impact your ability to use other functions
    • Excellent Printer - Ink usage is very good Have not printed pictures yet with it but based on all other printing the pictures should be excellent
    • I did notice that midtones and shadows tended to become too dark when printed, and modifying the levels in photoshop after printing a proof resulted in better prints.
    • It prints very fast and it’s wonderful to have double sided printing available
    • The printer prints quite well but it will not print double sided when run through a wireless network.
    • What is also annoying is that their own iPad/iPhone printing (Creative Print) doesn’t support anything other than glossy papers, Epson of course
    • You should get several hundred great quality prints from this printer.
    • 4X6 photos on photo paper look as good as lab prints to me
    • Print smudges badly; no option to return on Amazon.
    • Seems to be affordable printing unlike the cartridges from Hell idea
    • Wireless printing is very good and has very good range
    • and that "Turn printer off if not in use for long periods of time and print a few pages at least once a month to maintain good print
    • cleaned print heads tried everything.. if you want to throw away $600 buy this piece of garbage
    • Good quality printing and easy setup for sure.
    • The only drawback is the relatively slow printing speed.
    • I have issues with it printing from my laptop and no issues printing from my phone
    • The print quality is pretty good ~ the photo quality isn't great, but I didn't have the correct photo paper, either, so printed on regular paper so pretty daggone good for regular paper.
    • It can also do remoter printing or cloud printing (available from Epson and Google print)
    • printing is equally sharp.
    • Duplex printing is great and can be turned on or off as needed.
    • You can also set up Google Cloud printing and printing from your mobile devices.
    • We have several of these in our office, and all suffer from the horribly slow wifi printing
    • You are paying for the ink-of which a great supply in included! This is the first negative review I have every felt the need to post, but based on the number of positive reviews by people who received a free printer for their review, I felt I ought to balance the scales with a review from a small home business person that looks for print quality good enough to share hard copies of a document with customers etc.
    • All the software we use seems to print seamlessly, though there are occasional challenges finding optimal print settings for certain things, such as printing images
    • Easy setupVery small footprintRemote printing capability very easyDirect scan to cloud drives, all popular ones
    • Overall, the ET-7700 is a wonderful printer if you want a workhorse to print very nice ultra-glossy photographic prints.
    • We have had it for about a week now, and are enjoying the quick printing as opposed to our old home printer
    • It gets the job done, it looks professional but don't buy this to print out the best prints
    • I spent $300 on this printer with the promise of not having to buy overpriced print cartridges anymore
    • Love the quick and clear printing and the ink tank
    • The printing was a lot slower, but the results were very acceptable.
    • paper jam, poor printing quality, micro screen needing magnifier to read
    • people that want overall operational economy, excellent print quality and great copy/scan functionality.
    • Noisy and only "good" print quality.
    • The color was ok at first but later in a day or two the noise of the printer got nosier and the printer moved-shuck as it printed-not worth over $300 dollars
    • Very easy to set up and prints beautiful in color and sharp crisp black and white.
    • The sheet pick up is also quite loud so printing late at night means having the door to the home office closed
    • This is a great printer if you don't care if your print looks good or that you waste stacks of paper because it eats it
    • This was very easy to setup, no problems filling up with ink which is made easily accessible so you don't have to dig around for it, I've already been printing out several things including a résumé, pictures, and the ink has barely gone down, which was a huge problem with another printer I bought... another review said that the printer was slow but I haven't experienced that.
    • I paid over $400 for my Artisan 1430 and it made beautiful prints, as long as i didn't mind paying through the nose for those seven ink cartridges.
    • Great printing !
    • The ET-3750 and the ET-3700 are great all-in-one printers with excellent print quality
    • I printed my first printout and it was horrible, so I followed the set up instructions to clean print heads and align the printer
    • I would recommend printing a sheet every couple of weeks to make sure everything keeps flowing well
    • Using plain paper the print quality is great and printing is fast and generally quiet (there's also a quiet mode you can enable on the printer)
    • The duplex printing on standard paper worked great.
    • The mechanisms work as if it is printing but the print head has stopped working and it delivers blank pages in spite of full ink supply and clean print head
    • But it seemed fast, with very good print quality, even for my test document with two photographs.
    • I found the prints to have higher saturation, and very good color printing
    • The only problem I had was that the print head clogged up a few times, but was recoverable by repeatedly running the print head cleaning until the pattern came out solid
    • This is a great printer if you don't care if your print looks good or that you waste stacks of paper because it eats it
    • Plus that could not print clearly after a year of use, bad print head and costly cartridges =$100/reload
    • Pros: Nice prints, fast printing for a consumer focused printer (compared to a number of other models), Google cloud-print accessible, scan to email
    • I have it set on "Best' setting for everyday use and that seems to fill my needs and provides a fairly decent colour print on standard white letter paper
    • Wireless printing is so slow it's unusable
    • After printing over 2,000 pages worth of double siding printing the printer has not jammed once.
    • has very good print quality which is good enough for Business use , has tons of ink that really does work out cheaper in the long run than conventional printers or ink plans
    • When printing on photo paper, with the highest settings the images are excellent.
    • Love the small footprint, it prints super fast and photos print actually better than expected using high quality print settings.
    • The print-outs are sharp, crisp and vivid and everything I have come to expect from Epson products
    • Print quality - pretty good, actually.
    • It prints and updates firmware through WiFI and we have not had any issues connecting or printing
    • We have had it for about a week now, and are enjoying the quick printing as opposed to our old home printer
    • Wireless printing is fast and reliable from my ipad and iphone
    • Spent days researching printers trying to find something that would provide above average photo quality, inexpensive prints, and a decent scanning functionality
    • 2 sided printing works great and saves a lot of paper
    • Good size, fast printing, quality finish.
    • Once I did this all was well; wireless printing is easy with my iMac, MacBook Pro, iPad, and iPhone
    • Black printing is fine, but color is way too light and I cannot figure out how to adjust.
    • All told though, given that it has a scanner it would be harder to be smaller than the 8.5 x 11 paper it scans, and I'm willing to give up some bulk and weight inconvenience for the ink bottle setup and excellent print quality.
    • Now, if I could just afford a big wide photo printer so I could sell prints at shows!!!
    • The size of the printer (smaller that H/P) is nice however I would rather have better capacity for paper handling and faster copy speed7
    • I sort of miss not having an automatic document
    • n’t have to scratch with your fingernail to grasp it
    • n’t have complicated OCR work to do anymore and that’s why I stopped using ABBYY in the first place
