Not sure what was wrong with this product, but my printer is now completely dis-functional: it prints in very strange colors (as if I've mixed the slots for the various carts inside the printer), and it prints part of the content in very faded ink

The ink is good but the magenta unit was either not full or is defective because while my other colors are still 75% full, the magenta is already at the low warning level and I have not done any printing that would drain the magenta color

They all worked at first, but eventually all three colors had the error, "Cannot recognize ink cartridge."

These cartridges works very well, the colors are bright, and the black works well too.
