After checking the cartridges as one previous purchaser demonstrated in his review, found out thatthe product sold was misrepresented as real Epson.

Epson has no toll free number for tech support and after being on hold for 20+ minutes and paying for it I gave up

Removed them, reinstalled my old epson cartridges no problem.

I thought I had a defective cartridge, and since my 30 day Amazon window for returns had expired, I contacted Epson directly

I purchased Genuine Epson in December.

Genuine epson ink, does what it says, packaged and sealed well.

So while we're forced to use these higher-priced genuine Epson cartridges, at least they do work, and work well.

The word "Epson" is not written on the chip, proving it is not a genuine Epson product (as seen in the included picture)
