The quality of their products is subpar, ink is outrageously expensive and the fact that you MUST HAVE ALL COLORS to print black only is total crap - shared by most printer/ink companies true, but there being either no workaround or only difficult hoops to jump through to do so with Epson printers is just insulting and blatant theft basically.
