The last straw was replacing the black ink with EPSON BRAND ink only to have two cartridges fail, and "clean print head" ineffective with remedying the problem

It refused to spit out ink no matter how many times you cleaned the head and did a test print

Worked good for around 3 months, but used ink way too fast, then the Magenta would print with lines, then it quit, cleaned the heads, lasted two days, cleaned out the feed tubes, worked for a week, now nothing, then the cyan is now playing up, in 8 months its been a total pain, poor print quality, poor wi-fi and paper jams, this is the 2nd Epson out of the three I bought, that's been thrown out

While doing some research I repeatedly cleaned the ink head (6 times to be exact)

Purchased several new ink cartridges and cleaned the print head MANY times to no avail.

The problem was dirty printer head

Usually prints blank unless you go through multiple steps to clean head.

Tried all the maintenance suggested (cleaning print head, aligning print head etc.).

I would try to clean the heads with the option and every time I did it seemed to help a tiny bit but used up SOOOO much ink I could not continue with

I have cleaned and cleaned the print heads.

So I did a nozzle cleaning, head cleaning, head alignment, changed all of the cartridges, and did it all again

Prints vertical lines though my photos even with new ink and cleaned heads.

Every 4th or 5th document that I printed had skipped lines, requiring me to go through the procedure of aligning/cleaning the ink printer heads.

I've tried over and over to clean the heads, tried troubleshooting from forums online, etc

The print head clogs and dries out quickly.

(I'm relatively tech savvy and it was not easy for me)-I've never had to clean print heads so many times!

I've had this printer for our office for about a year, sure, I guess I have saved money on ink, however the amount of time wasted going and turning it on and off, refreshing it, trying again, cleaning the print head... it simply is a piece of crap

Inkjets clogged and even after multiple times trying to clean the heads and using up nearly full new ink cartridges, it still wouldn't print a decent picture after just 4 months of use

Did not print as fast as in the video very disappointing

easy to set up but made with very cheesy plastic, everything worked except the automatic feeder, it didn't work at all, had to had feed one sheet at a time, returned it, it just doesn't work as it is supposed to

Good as it says,but printing on color is still kinda slow for me -_-
