After having terrible reliability and functional issues with a new HP

Two techs and all sorts of strange configuration issues later, they finally made it work

These marks are etched into the plastic leaving me with a printer that has a permanently marred appearance - small issue in the overall scheme of things I suppose, but hey shouldn't a new printer look new?

Like all Epson workforce products, I've had no issues with this particular model.

After researching the issue, it appears that this problem is a common issue.

After this latest issue and not honoring the warranty, I will not be buying an Epson printer again.2 issues with 2 different printers + crappy NO WARRANTY service + costly ink
