I have not had a single day without at least 3 paper jams or misfeeds in the past 6 months of owning this printer

Constant crashes, reboots, paper jams, blocked inkjets, firmware upgrades that must be performed but hang the printer

Granted, the first time it occurred, we did have a real paper jam, but had, by my examination, cleared it completely

I had no problems with paper jamming.

It gets paper jams all the time.

Even if you put clean brand new paper or checks right out of package into this scanner you either a. have a paper jam or b. have to hand feed each paper

, so many I don’t know where to start.(1) printing blank pages.(2) want delete printing jobs.(3) tells me there is a paper jam when there isn’t one.

Printer worked great for two months, then generated Error code 031008, indicating a paper jam, when there is no paper jam.

The paper jams are often, annoying, and usually there is actually NOT a paper jam at all.

It constantly has paper jams and takes a minimum of 5 tries to align properly

After unpacking them and plugging them in, both gave me an error that there was a paper jam, even though there was no paper in the machine

It is mind boggling as to why people think it’s slow, I’ve never had any issues at all
