Epson Workforce Pro WF-4720 Wireless All-in-One Color Inkjet Printer, Copier, Scanner with Wi-Fi Direct, Amazon Dash Replenishment Enabled

    • The print quality is good when it works, but I have had to run maintenance on the print head alignment and/or print head cleaning at least every other week due to blurry or misaligned prints, which uses up a lot of ink
    • It's easy to set up, clear printing, fast printing and the wifi connection was so easy to set up.
    • Print quality is decent as well as duplex printing does a great job (I recommend 24lb paper for double sided printing)
    • On the positive side, the Epson seems to have good print quality, it was easy to quickly set up, and it was quite inexpensive.
    • Excellent printer...fast printing, and not an ink waster...scanning takes longer time than other printers, but I can deal with that!
    • Even though I only print in black, and have chosen gray scale printing, it refuses to print unless I also replace the 3 other colors that go with it
    • It's printing just fine and not streaking and bam you can't print at all cause it needs
    • Tried all the Epson diagnostics, but still extremely poor print quality
    • It prints really fast, has all the usual doo hickeys an all in one has, it will fax (anyone still do that?), scan and copy as well as print
    • After that it works great, both printing and scanning.
    • When paper is low the printer will feed out extra paper while printing, which means that it will disrupt your prints
    • When it is working, however, it give good prints and photos.
    • she’s a maniac in a street fight, but still we continue on as it refuses to accept printer setting changes, requires paper selection in its display vs in windows on the PC, continuously tries to print 8x11 on 4x6, sucks ink like a pre-1996 diesel truck, constantly requires reconnection to WiFi, absolutely fails in any compatibility with Mac in spite of advertised compatibility, and requires constant recalibration to fix blurry printing
    • Scan quality is very poor and very slow printing
    • Yep, just like so many others posted here, worked fine for a little over a year, then blurry printing.

    • Nice prints
    • It SOUNDED like it was printing, but all pages came out blank.
    • Yep, just like so many others posted here, worked fine for a little over a year, then blurry printing.
    • The print quality on the fast print setting is good and ink is lasting a long time
    • , I love the both sides printing, wireless printing works like a charm, from my Mac, and iPhone
    • I used the fast print setting with other printers because it uses less ink but the quality is sufficient, with this printer the fast setting is worthless because the print quality is so low
    • Not only the ink is very expensive, but the printing is only mediocre.
    • Easy wired network setup and crisp and fast printing.
    • This printer is great, prints are very clear and pictures are perfect!
    • The printing is smudged and uneven.
    • Not only is it difficult to install, and printing via bluetooth is near impossible, but the ink is crazy expensive and there are no comparable which will work
    • The Epson WF-4720 time to print the first page is amazing - click print to printed paper in like 5 seconds, even if I haven't used the printer in a few days
    • The printer works fine, prints quickly and accurately, but randomly gives an error that says something along the lines of fatal error, restart printer
    • The print is good although I have only printed documents, not photos yet.
    • This printer produces decent prints but overall seems temperamental.
    • I've on;y used the printer 4 times so far and love the simplicity of use and the crisp clear printing - thumbs up!
    • The computer has to be on for it to use either the network Wi-Fi or cloud printing via Google or another cloud print service.
    • so far its all i need easy to set up printed first try connected to cloud print from my phone.
    • Does the same issue occur when printing from a different program/application?Does the same issue occur when making copies standalone (without a computer)? Please reply to this e-mail with the answers to all of the above questions
    • Barely used this thing over the course of a year, with no excessive printing
    • I have cleaned the print heads and run all of the utilities and the prints are still unacceptable
    • Also, has loud printing and it gives you a quiet mode and regular
    • I bought this product in October 2017 and now, 3 1/2 months later I extract a jammed piece of paper (following the display screen instructions) and now I have a print head error message that refuses to go away and a printer that won't print.
    • The print was absolutely excellent.
    • The print quality is good when it works, but I have had to run maintenance on the print head alignment and/or print head cleaning at least every other week due to blurry or misaligned prints, which uses up a lot of ink
    • Good competitive price and very quick printing.
    • It's fine if you're printing a lot of envelopes, however, you can only put about 15-20 in the tray at once.
    • Also, when it's almost out of paper, it sucks in and prints on multiple sheets simultaneously, which is weird and often distorts the printed material to the point that it's useless and you have to re-print it
    • Someone at Epson thinks they have made improvements by adding some whistles and bells on the printer that are just plain junk and inhibit easy printing
    • I've never needed to use it for the scanner/copier, but I'd imagine customers who need those functions, as well as the print function, for small-scale projects can find what they need in this device
    • FIrst time I've actually had wireless printing so easy to hook up and work correctly
    • The Epson seems to have an issue grabbing multiple sheets of paper from the feed tray at the same time resulting in multiple blank pages that need to be taken out of a print job - more annoying than anything else.
    • worst of worst, you can get.running away from worse HP, and caught by worst.believe or not,we have printed not more than 50 pages with this printer and now black cartridge seems less than half level.now, it does not print any good page, all obscure,
    • Other than that, works great, prints well and while the cost of ink is still high, seems to be pretty efficient in the ink use.
    • This printer allows for cloud printing, so you could potentially be remote, coffee shop or at the work office, not even vpn'ing back into your home and printing will work
    • automatic paper support when printing
    • remote print is amazing so much more than I was expecting,
    • It claims and delivers on a fast print speed
    • But, finding the prints on what was to be a brand new printer was not fun
    • It does a good job printing from my computer.
    • Someone at Epson thinks they have made improvements by adding some whistles and bells on the printer that are just plain junk and inhibit easy printing
    • This printer give good prints and photos.
    • Supports wi-fi connection and remote printing
    • Error after Error messages, Stopped Printing mid-cycle, failed faxing documents without notification of difficulties, wasted paper by poor print quality, running low on ink messages when there was more volume than displayed, etc.,
    • Fantastic printer with crisp clean printing
    • After researching online, I was able to continue making decent prints by printing on the "high quality" setting
    • Reacts super fast t a print command, and is super quiet compared to my Brother I previously owned
