I did research and this product looked great and having an Epson in the past, I wanted to go with them again as my previous experience was good.

There are constant firmware updates, which I used to see as a sign that a product wasn't quite ready for primetime, but the thing works great, so by all appearances they are just staying on top of things.

Few products have frustrated me as much as this printer.

My IT person chose it, and I strongly believe that he chose the best product and price considering my personal needs.

Take this for what it is worth - pretty unsatisfied customer writing literally my first negative product review ever.

Its a pretty good product for a home printer but it does tend to get jammed a lot
