I reached out to Epson for support on more than one occasion which resulted in a contracted company aggressively trying to sell me an expensive Anti-Virus Program for more than the cost of the Printer, Ink, and my Computer System

The flaw with that is, only some programs allow the selection of print quality.

I lost all my programs and software on my computer!!

It is mind boggling as to why people think it’s slow, I’ve never had any issues at all
