The extended warranty was of no use because the machine broke down in less than a year..

After being on hold back and forth tech support told me that they will not honor the warranty because it was through a 3rd party seller

printer - what is worth, the warranty on that printer would expire in 6 months

The warranty was useless and it’s a hassle to get in touch with manufacture.

Checking around online it seems like this implies a hardware failure that can only be fixed through a warranty servicing (of which I've just fallen out of)

They are also sending a refurbished unit but the warranty is only good thru the initial purchase date.

After this latest issue and not honoring the warranty, I will not be buying an Epson printer again.2 issues with 2 different printers + crappy NO WARRANTY service + costly ink
